Median XL is unquestionably the #1 Diablo mod of all time.

Median XL features 471 new uniques and 28 new sets. Beware - the last 5 levels are very difficult to obtain! The list of changes is terribly huge but I've reduced the list by removing some changes that are either not too significant or simply obvious to find out by yourself. Median XL: / If killing the necromancers does not produce your class charm then you need to restart the uber level. Gem Shrines no longer give chipped gems, they instead give regular gems by default, including new Median XL gems Monsters.
